Michelle is currently the CISO at Movement Mortgage, an Impact Lender in all 50 states. Michelle is a dynamic and passionate Security leader with over 25 years of diversified history in risk management, compliance, information security, technology, and operations within financial services, telecommunications, military, and retail sectors. She has a proven track record as leader for building security programs from scratch or rapidly maturing security programs to meet current needs and a knack for building solid teams that work well together and succeed in making a measurable difference and helping to enable the business to move forward securely.

Michelle has served on the board of the Denver ISSA chapter for the past two years and is an advisory board member for several tech and cybersecurity-focused information-sharing groups.

She lives in Parker with her husband, daughter, and two large dogs.
