Eng-Wee Ethan Yeo serves as Principal, Technology Risk Modeling & Methodology for the Technology Risk Office at Kaiser Permanente. He is responsible for modeling, simulating and assessing non-financial technology risks to support decision making at the organization.

Eng-Wee joined Kaiser Permanente in 2018 after serving as Manager, Information Security Governance at Surescripts, LLC, where he managed the Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity programs. He has over 12 years of consulting experience and served as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies in the financial and retail industries.

Eng-Wee volunteers as Assistant Director of Technology and Standards at ProbabilityManagement.org. He has participated as an industry expert in national-level cyberwar exercises at the US Naval War College, been a guest speaker at Stanford University and presented at major national and international conferences on probabilistic risk modeling.
