Chelsea Kelleher is the Data Privacy & Security Fellow at the Attorney General’s Office where she leads data breach investigations, assists with the Office’s rulemaking under the Colorado Privacy Act, and counsels state agencies on data management best practices. Denver has been home to Chelsea since 2015, after concluding her Peace Corps service in Sub-Saharan Africa. In 2020, Chelsea graduated from law school at the University of Denver in the top ten percent of her class.
