Description

Human potential is unleashed when we feel like we belong. That’s why inclusive workplaces experience higher engagement, performance, and results. But the reality is that many people still feel unable to bring their true selves to work.

Reflecting on the lessons, experiences and conversations ignited about inclusion, equity, social justice, and belonging over the past year, how can future leaders and organizations continue to influence shifts in behaviors and culture?

Drawing on years of work with many leading organizations across the globe, Jennifer Brown shows what leaders at any level can do to spark real change. In this session, Jennifer will draw from her second book, How To Be An Inclusive Leader and introduce JBC's Inclusive Leader Self-Assessment tool, to help participants build their inclusion acumen, recognize the elements of effective leadership on inclusion, as well as identify and utilize their diversity story as a tool to inspire and motivate their workforce.
