Description

The attorney-client privilege protects communications between attorneys and their clients that can be stronger than an NDA or a confidentiality clause in an agreement. From data breaches to security audits, information security undertakings can benefit from the protections the attorney-client privilege provides. However, there are limitations and knowing them can be the difference between being required to disclose information you thought was protected and being able to keep that information confidential.
