The Lean CISO panel will address how several InfoSec practitioners, leaders, and analysts were able to thrive through community, leadership, and fellowship during the recent COVID-19 pandemic, social unrest, fires, and murder hornets; however, the lessons learned can be applied to any terrible situation. Given the level of burnout in our industry, it is paramount that we take a step back and learn to thrive through any adversity. Travel with these cyber security leaders through their 12-month journey and strategy regarding working remotely, setting goals with health and wellness, and developing a way to maintain connections through common interests.
