In this talk, Joe McCallister will detail his own experience attending events, networking, and volunteering in order to land a dream job at an incredible company. Attendees will learn how to identify and leverage their strengths and project confidence in engaging with individuals instead of the HR systems. You’ll learn OSINT tricks for job hunting, how to join the community, and how to ensure that perception matches reality. You’ll learn red flags regarding work habits, culture, and the questions to ask to understand daily life at company X.
