Lindsey Schultz is a Counsel & Director of Privacy Programs for Western Union, a Fortune 500 financial services company, where she is responsible for global privacy program governance. In addition to advising on privacy and information security programs, Lindsey's background also spans advising on financial services laws and regulations, marketing and advertising laws, and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Western Union, Lindsey worked at a small payments company outside Boston, which is now part of Worldpay/FIS. Lindsey has a JD/MBA from Willamette University in Oregon and a BS in Communication from Boston University.
