Based upon real-world examples, you will work with the tools and templates necessary to assign risk levels to your company’s current cyber security program. The execution of a CMA will empower you to identify what foundational cyber risk management functions are in place and help prioritize your planned cyber audits for the audit year. Prior to the workshop, thought topics will be provided on what specific information to gather that will enable you to work on tangible objectives for both the CMA and your cyber audit plan during the workshop.
