Nancy Phillips is the Chief Information Security Officer and is responsible for the execution of the governance, risk and compliance programs at Datavail. Nancy provides expertise in all aspects of information security to the organization enabling safe and secure delivery of services to our customers from small integration projects to enterprise wide initiatives.
Nancy joined Datavail in November 2016 and brings more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of the security arena from security architecting, establishing compliance programs or running large organizations responsible for security operations delivery. She began her career in the military intelligence community and then transitioned to consulting, where she designed and implemented security solutions and developed multiple managed security service capabilities. Her most recent role before joining Datavail was establishing and managing the Cyber Risk Defense Center for Kaiser Permanente.
Nancy holds a bachelor’s in computer information systems management from Colorado Christian University.
