Session Description:

The technology industry is growing, with more opportunities for skilled dedicated professionals available now than ever before. While many women get into technology early on, receive a good education, and stay in the workforce throughout most of their lives, the overall number of women in tech has decreased over time. Currently, women make up less than 30% of the computing workforce. Join us for an inspiring panel discussion with trailblazing women working in senior IT roles at Colorado-based companies who will share their unique experiences as well as providing guidance to women that are current working in or wishing to work in technology and security.
