Bio:

Britany brings eclectic experience within the child welfare field to her leadership of New Allies. She is an attorney who represented children dependency and neglect proceedings while she was a student at the University of Texas School of Law. She also served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Children's Services before having the opportunity to create a new role and division as the Special Assistant to the Commissioner, Child Welfare Reform. Britany coordinated the state's efforts to successfully enhance the child welfare system and exit a federal lawsuit. She has also worked with Medicaid and managed care leaders, led data analytic training, and overseen statewide EBP implementation.
