Bio:

Alescia Blakely is the Resident & Community Services Program Manager at Home Forward, where she leads staff serving more than 2,800 families across properties from North Portland to Gresham, Oregon. With over 30 years of experience working with children and families, she is deeply committed to community empowerment, strategic program development, and impactful service delivery. Alescia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and Film with a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of Oregon. Her diverse background spans both the private and public sectors, with expertise in project management, group facilitation, team building, and strategic implementation.
