Bio:
A devoted single mother of 2, bringing heart, hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to family and community into every space I serve. As a founding member of the Alabama Parent Advisory Council and a national representative on the FRIENDS National Parent Advisory Council, I advocate for meaningful, compassionate family engagement at every level. I lead the Alabama Parent Leadership Network in Northwest Alabama and am proud to be the first parent in the state certified to facilitate Protective Factors training. Outside of my advocacy work, I manage properties, serve on multiple boards focusing on environmental issues and community engagement, coach Little League, and co-own a construction business—a unique collaboration rooted in co-parenting with both of my children's fathers. Grounded by music, art, and time in nature, I strive to bring creativity, resilience, and a sense of connection to all that I do.
