Stories of Support: Prevention partnerships with Kentucky's Public Libraries

Bio:

Victoria Gilbert, Esq., works with the Strategy team at Youth Villages. Tori’s previous work includes building and sustaining systems changing policies in Camden and Philadelphia, including implementing transformative economic opportunity incentives and steering the Free Library of Philadelphia to becoming fine free; Tori pivoted to the child welfare world after the privilege of caring for toddler- and teenaged-youth as a licensed resource parent in Philadelphia. In 2023 she managed the city-wide expansion of a medical-legal partnership serving home visiting programs in Philadelphia; now, she collaborates on implementing Youth Villages’ innovations supporting reunification and prevention.
