Bio:
Jennifer Falcone, LCSW, is a macro/community level social worker in the Springfield, MA area. In recent past she guided The Prevention Collaborative, a cross-agency working group aiming to prevent child sexual abuse by raising awareness and providing adult training. In addition to leading sexual abuse prevention training for school and agency staff, parents, and church groups, Jen has been involved in advocacy at the state and local level, community consultation, and family crisis counseling. Additionally, prior to Covid she served as the Director of Businesses Against Human Trafficking, a group whose mission was to use the collective influence of the local business community to address and prevent human trafficking in the Western Mass region. Prior to her ventures in social work Jen worked in the business world with broad experiences in operations and human resources development.
