Bio:

Gabriel McGaughey is the Director of Child Well-Being at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and a founding Co-Director of the Institute for Child and Family Well-Being (ICFW). With over 20 years of experience in child welfare, Gabriel has led efforts to improve systems, champion innovation, and support families. His work focuses on systems change strategies to prevent child welfare involvement by building social impact networks that connect changemakers and identify leverage points for lasting systems change. The ICFW, a collaboration between Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Community Services and the Helen Bader School of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, advances research-driven solutions to strengthen families and communities.
