Bio:
Tiara Smith is Program Manager with Brightpaths’ Healthy Families Athens. She has been with the organization for 17 years, beginning as a family support worker then moving to clinical supervisor before becoming program manager. She is also Georgia's representative on the Healthy Families America REaCH Committee and was recently featured in Zero to Three for her work on representation. Grace Arthur has been with Brightpaths for 25 years. During this time she has served as a Clinical Supervisor, Family Assessment Worker, Parent Education coordinator and is currently an APC serving the families from Healthy Families and Brightpaths’ parenting groups. She has served on her church's ECHO ministry. The group was created to address the church's response to cultural concerns.
