Join us for Together for Prevention: 2023 Prevent Child Abuse America National Conference, three days of learning and discovery where we continue to explore the needs of our communities and the impact of our work.

We are celebrating togetherness through both physically being together and our collaborative research, practice, and advocacy work across the nation. This will be the first in-person meeting of our state chapter and home visiting networks, policy and community partners, and other collaborators since 2019—we are excited to see you!

The 2023 Prevent Child Abuse America National Conference will examine these core components—innovative programs and practices, family-focused policies, cutting-edge research, and public awareness and engagement strategies—and provide the latest thinking to help drive the field toward upstream prevention so that every child has the opportunity to grow up safe and nurtured.

HEALTHY FAMILIES AMERICA PRE-CONFERENCE
August 21, 2023 - 1pm - 5pm
Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor
Baltimore, Maryland

As a bonus for the Healthy Families America (HFA) Network, there will be an exclusive pre-conference session specifically designed for those implementing HFA in their communities, as well as those who support HFA at a state or regional level. Led by HFA National Office staff, this half day session will focus on supporting your efforts to implement the HFA model to fidelity, among other things. It is also a great opportunity to network and collaborate with your HFA colleagues from across the country and have a little fun along the way!

The HFA National Office staff will facilitate an afternoon focused on:
  • advancing field-driven practice innovations
  • networking related to CQI and applying lessons learned
  • expanding integration of the diversity-informed tenets
  • deepening use of HFA’s Reflective Strategies
  • hearing from special guests, including Dr. Melissa Merrick
We’d love to have as many Healthy Families America affiliates and state leaders attend as possible. Due to space limitations we will have to cap registration at 400 participants. Space will be filled on a first come first serve basis and attendees must register in advance through this registration page. More details will be released in the coming months, but we encourage you to register today to reserve your spot!

Thank you to our 2023 Exhibitors and Sponsors
