Bill Parker serves as the Director of the Tennessee Financial Literacy Commission, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization administratively attached to the Tennessee Department of Treasury. Under Bill’s leadership, the Commission provides meaningful financial learning opportunities to Tennesseans of all ages. The Commission’s core focus is in cultivating the next generation of Tennesseans by providing educators with the critical resources and training needed to incorporate financial literacy in the classroom. In addition to his role as the Commission’s director, Bill serves on the Executive Committee with Tennessee Jump$tart Coalition and as a member of the Finance Industry Advisory Council with the Tennessee Department of Education.
