Registration fees as listed above are in US Dollars.  Registration fees (except as noted) include attendance at all technical paper sessions, tutorials, workshops, panels, luncheons, and the Tuesday evening special event.

*Students must be full time. You or your faculty contact may be contacted prior to the conference.

** Presenters and Tutorial instructors whose submissions have been formally selected will receive a discounted registration fee and special considerations off of the lowest published registration fee. Upon selection and acceptance of submittal, you will receive specific registration details and instructions to access this.  Should you wish to register prior to the CFP completion timeline, and your submission is accepted, we will adjust the fee to the discounted rate and you will receive a refund for the difference.

Hotel rate is NOT included in the registration fee listed above.  You must make your own hotel reservations.  Reservation Information can be found on right side of this page.
 

Please note that registrations must be PAID for by the date indicated. All registrations with a balance due at the time of a registration fee increase will automatically receive the next highest registration rate. If you are submitting for approval and/or payment, please take this into account. It is suggested that you base your registration fee on the amount of time in which your organization will process the final payment.

 

Are you a government employee whose registration fee will be paid by a purchasing office/card?

If your registration fees will be paid for by a separate government purchasing office/card, you need to complete your registration before having them contact Registration Services with payment. When you get to the Registration Fees Payment Screen, simply select "Check" as your payment method. Then have your purchasing officer contact Registration Services at 1-800-781-1193, ext. 605 to provide a credit card number for payment or have them mail the check to the address on your invoice. They may also log in to your registration using the information that will be provided in your registration confirmation email and enter the payment on the payment page. Please Note: Most government purchasing cards/offices will not pay for the Membership Renewal dues.

 On-site registration at the conference will be available. Registrations paid at the door will pay the full conference rate.

 

Guest Badges for Luncheons and Evening Events

Guest registration includes luncheons, as well as access to the exhibits,  Tuesday evening social events, and Wednesday’s Tuesday’s evening off-site special event. Individual tickets may be purchased by Single-Day registrants and guests. Discounted ticket prices will be available for purchase within your registration.  Tickets will also be available onsite at full price.

Hotel Reservations
 

The Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town is our conference hotel.  A block of rooms have been established at the group rate of $91 (or prevailing government rate) per night plus tax.  The special room rate will be available until July 28, 2017 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Want an upgraded accommodation at a brand-new resort?  Hotel Chaco, opening in April 2017, is adjacent to the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town.

A limited block of rooms have been established at the group rate of $169 per night plus tax.  The special room rate will be available until July 28, 2017 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. 

For reservations at the Hotel Chaco, please call Reservations Toll Free at 1.866.505.7829 and be sure to identify yourself as an ISSC attendee in order to obtain the group rate. Online reservations are not yet available for Hotel Chaco. We will update and provide a link once it is.

 

We have arranged for rooms to be available at the group rate three (3) days before and after the conference, based on availability. 

 

Are you a non-member that wishes you could pay the member price?

NEW THIS YEAR – you may initiate your membership to the System Safety Society directly through your conference registration and receive the member registration rate.

 

Need to make a Payment?

Cancellation Policy
Should you be forced to cancel your registration after payment of the fee, you will be entitled to a full refund less $50 handling fee until April 30th. After April 30th, 50% refunds will be provided until June 30th. No refunds will be provided after June 30th. A substitute may be designated at any time prior to the conference.

 

Privacy Policy
Your contact information will not be sold to third parties and is only for use by the System Safety Society.
