Registration Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Registration and Total Order

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email, sent to GlobalEM@iplanitmeetings.com.
A $50.00 (USD) processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled by May 1, 2024.
For cancellations between May 2 and July 4, 2024, a 50% refund will be given.
There will be no refunds after midnight CDT on July 4, 2024.

If you applied for a Visa and it is denied, a full refund will be issued less a $30 (USD) service charge.
If other issues arise regarding securing a visa, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of a full cancellation of the conference, Summa Foundation and ETS-Lindgren are not
responsible for, and will not reimburse, flight costs and other expenses incurred by the attendee.

For Social Events and Technical Tours

Notice of cancellation of an individual “extra” item must be received in writing via email, sent to
GlobalEM@iplanitmeetings.com, by June 7, 2024. There will be no refunds after midnight CDT on June 7, 2024.
