The Presentation will explore some of the components necessary for establishing a mature DA function that is embedded in as a part of the daily audit activities. It will explore some of the human components needed for success, such as team structure, role traits and contributor quality. We will also discuss some of the common pitfalls to success and cover some of the technologies in use.
