Taylor Lauren Miller, CISM, is a seasoned Data Security Program Manager for ADP's National Accounts Services (NAS) division. With a focus on governance, risk, and compliance, Taylor leads NAS defense-in-depth strategy: spearheading process improvements, driving fraud and incident reduction efforts, and managing multiple security projects across the business. She is responsible for the creation of dashboards for executive leadership and creates security awareness programs and learning content to elevate the adoption of security industry best practices. She also leads NAS business security transformation programs and incident management. Previously, as a Business Security Analyst, Taylor established a new information security team, orchestrated incident responses, and developed a governance program, leading to a significant reduction in business security exposure. Recognized for exceptional contributions, Taylor was awarded the NAS FY24 Impact Associate Award for her outstanding leadership and achievements in data security.
