In the popular Sci-Fi franchise, Star Trek, the Kobayashi Maru is a training exercise with no possible positive outcome. The exercise tests participants to measure character and actions when victory is not an option. This presentation explores leveraging a similar approach to Table Top exercises and discusses the methods and possible outcome value from conducting such an exercise.
