Andrew DuBois is a Natural Resources Specialist III specializing in wildlife ecology and herpetology at Jefferson County Parks and Open Space. He is currently mapping the overwintering habitat of the prairie rattlesnake in Jefferson County and conducting an inventory of the amphibians and reptiles at Hildebrand Ranch Park. Andrew also coordinates Jefferson County Open Space’s FrogWatch USA chapter to monitor the distribution, phenology, and relative abundance of Front Range frogs. His work has ranged from providing educational programs to the public to contributing to park management plans and presenting research and recommendations to land managers.
