DESCRIPTION

This field trip will cover essential topics including grazing management, wildlife habitat management, virtual fencing, and wet meadow restoration. Owners Ryan and Wyn, with their extensive history in land conservation and partnership with the NRCS and other groups, will share their insights and experiences with managing a ranch with wildlife in mind.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Walking/hiking on natural terrain that will be rocky at times, with some elevation gain. Tour will be outside in the elements, be prepared for varying weather. Approximately 1 mile of total walking. Bring water/snacks, sunscreen, bug repellant. Restrooms are not available on site.
