This field trip is designed for wildlife viewers, non-hunters, and hunters to share our love of wildlife and build community as we focus on cultivating common ground. A hunter will lead a nature walk as we track elk in a nearby nature area and learn the fundamental naturalist skills needed for hunters and wildlife viewers alike! Discover how skills like reading signs and habitat clues benefit all wildlife enthusiasts, turning potential division into a shared future for wildlife and public lands.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

An easy walk and stop field trip format, no more than 2 miles roundtrip; mostly walking and standing unless there are areas to sit; will try to find somewhere that has restrooms at the trailhead. Exact location is TBD until closer to the conference date.
