If you are a new or non-member, click the Register Now button which will take you to the AMTA membership site. Click "Not An AMTA Member" and create an account. Once you hit "Submit" you will be directed to the next step in the registration process. 
 

Payment Policy

All fees are stated in US dollars and all checks must be drawn on a US Bank in US Funds. Company or government purchase orders are not accepted. Registrations are not valid until payment is made and badges will not be issued onsite without full payment. 
 

Registration Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee of 10% of the TOTAL registration and events fee will apply on all charges if cancelled by midnight (MDT) on September 9, 2022. Substitutions are permitted. Only written requests for refunds received by September 9, 2022 will be accepted. In exceptional cases, AMTA may approve the cancellation after the cutoff date. In the event a registrant is unable to travel to attend the symposium due to travel restrictions, they will be allowed access to the live content; a full refund of purchased event tickets and a refund of 50% of the event registration will be issued. The Host Committee will require proof of the restriction.
 

COVID-19 Policy

The Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA) takes the safety and well-being of our staff and guests very seriously and continues to monitor the environment around the COVID-19 pandemic closely. We, and our attendees, will adhere to the mandates of the federal and local health officials as well as the those imposed by the venue at the time of the event.

There are many factors that need to be taken into consideration when determining vaccination and testing requirements for event attendees. We will permit as much flexibility as possible with any such requirements, and they will be determined and announced with enough prior notice so that attendees can make decisions regarding participation in the event. By registering for the 44^th Annual Meeting and Symposium of the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA), you are agreeing to follow the COVID-19 policies in effect at the time of the conference, be they federal/state, venue or conference mandates.

Media/Photography Policy

By registering at the 44^th Annual Meeting and Symposium of the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA), you are registering for an event where photography, audio and video recording may and will occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with AMTA and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises or participating in any of the activities of the event, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event or the place of said activities, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
 

Early Registration Deadline

The deadline for early registration is midnight (MDT) September 9, 2022. Thereafter the regular registration price will be in effect.
