Speaker Bio
Marcus Robinson is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Ride for Racial Justice, a national nonprofit 501c3, working to create safe and inclusive spaces for BIPOC cyclists. A seasoned nonprofit leader and community advocate, Marcus brings over a decade of experience in advancing equity and building impactful programs that center marginalized voices.

At the heart of his work is a belief that Bikes Equals Freedom™—freedom of movement, expression, health, and access. He is also the creator of the Steamboat Gravel BIPOC Athlete Program, a groundbreaking initiative that has opened doors for over 100 riders of color to compete and thrive in one of the country’s most prestigious gravel races.

As a lifelong cyclist, Marcus uses the power of two wheels to connect communities, promote mobility justice, and expand access to cycling for those historically excluded from it. From organizing grassroots rides to influencing policy and partnerships, he champions cycling as both a tool for liberation and a force for systemic change.

Grounded in empathy, strategy, and lived experience, Marcus leads with vision and purpose. His mission is simple: build stronger, more just communities where equity rolls forward—one ride at a time.
