Cathy Dolder is an education specialist with Colorado Parks & Wildlife in the Southwest Region, where she has spent a decade leading training programs that help others tap into the power of the outdoors. Based in Durango, she designs and facilitates events that elevate wildlife learning, build engagement capacity, and foster stronger connections between people and place. With southern roots and a love of college football, Cathy now finds herself happiest fishing, camping, and spending time with her blended family of 6 and spirited little dachshund (who thinks he’s a lab).
