This session explores the full spectrum of ranger communication, contrasting everyday contacts and task-focused dialogue with the demands of crisis communication. Attendees will learn how to adapt tone, strategy, and message delivery based on situational intensity, audience, and desired outcomes, as well as how to use the Azar-Dickens Police Assessment Matrix to inform their response.
