Since 2011, open space agencies have been implementing policy about motorized mobility devices, known as "other power-driven mobility devices" (OPDMD). This session will cover three unique approaches to regulating mobility devices by City of Fort Collins, Pitkin County, and Boulder County. All three agencies have recently updated their policies or will soon. Learn from their experience and share your own insights.
