Jeff Haley, PLA, Deputy Director of Visitor Experience & Infrastructure, City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks.
Jeff brings over 20 years of experience focused on creating and managing unique public places that allow for responsible recreation and enjoyment while balancing stewardship of natural resources and amazing landscapes. Jeff has worked for the City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services as a Landscape Architect, the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation as the Planning, Design and Community Engagement Manager and most recently with the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks Deputy Director. Jeff is a licensed Landscape Architect in Colorado and has a passion for engaging the community to enjoy all the benefits of recreation and well-being through experiencing and stewarding public lands. Jeff has managed all aspects of recreation on public lands from strategic planning, project management from design to implementation, infrastructure operations and management, fundraising and philanthropy for public projects and community engagement.
