Eric currently serves as the Visitor Relations Program Manager at Jefferson County Open Space (JCOS). This dynamic position includes the oversight and implementation of the Recreation and Activity Management Guide; a comprehensive document that gives direction around the management of more than 60 unique uses of JCOS property. Additionally, Eric oversees the JCOS park permitting program, interacts with for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations, coordinates research, data collection and subsequent analysis, and performs Park Ranger duties while in the field. In his time outside of work, you will likely find Eric hiking, biking or skiing in the mountains, paddling down a river, volunteering with a Search and Rescue Team, or spending quality with his German Shepherd, Rocco.
