Heather Hubbard is the Statewide Education Coordinator for Colorado Parks and Wildlife where she focuses on K-12 formal education programming and resource development. She is passionate about connecting students and teachers to the outdoors and enjoys finding new ways to making the outdoors engaging to all. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Biology, with an emphasis in Ecology and Evolution along with a Master’s degree in Education. Before joining Colorado Parks and Wildlife, she taught in K-12 classrooms and supported elementary educators as a content specialist for 14 years.
