Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing to PCAA@iplanitmeetings.com.
Cancellation requests made on or before August 1, 2019 will be refunded in full, less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests postmarked between August 1, 2019 and September 1, 2019 will be charged a $200 administrative fee.
Refunds will not be made for cancellations made after September 1, 2019 or for participants who register but do not attend.

Substitutions

If you are not able to attend, you may send a substitute from your agency for a $25.00 substitution charge.

Substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to PCAA@iplanitmeetings.com by September 1, 2019.
